Kids don’t have school today. Dropped the oldest one off at her friends house. When we left it was in the 40sºF. When I got back it was almost 32ºF, really windy, and starting to snow. Roads are fine. Just lots of small branches everywhere from the wind.

If you stay in creative industries even recognizing that you didn’t invent TMNT my advice is to create the closest possible thing to it without getting sued. Biker Mice From Mars was no TMNT but the mice loved pizza so it was still a good show.

The first problem you will encounter as a writer is that someone already came up with the perfect concept and it’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Full stop. This realization may drive you out of writing entirely. There are turtles and a rat and they’re ninjas. You can’t beat that.
