@NuttySwiss @UkiahSmith βRecently, I was asked if I was going to fire an employee who made a mistake that cost the company $600k. No, I replied, I just spent $600k training him. Why would I want somebody to hire his experience?β-Thomas J. Watson (IBM)
Thanks for going further by focusing on character.
Ok people. Lemme drop some advice for ya.
If a person makes a mistake, and deletes your production cloud project, owns up to it, helps fix it, researches and fixes the system that allowed the mistake to occur, you donβt fire them. You ask them to help you hire more like them.
Create a blog and write for youself, not for fame or popularity. Good, relevant content gets noticed and shared eventually (and btw thereβs no shame in promoting ur work whenever u can), but plz donβt refrain from blogging just cz u think ur content wonβt become famous overnight.
