Hi sorry to be this person but when you refer to a decade by only the last two numbers, the apostrophe functions as a replacement for the first two, like in any contraction—it’s not possessive.
Eg: The ’60s. NOT the 60’s.
It’s about to be the ’20s, NOT the 20’s.
I don’t have any advice here. Computers are shitty clocks and we don’t have any plans to fix this.
