Working remote now and you’ve got little kids (I’ve got 4)?

Best advice I’ve got:

Acknowledge your kids. Tell them you’re working but take the time to explain why it’s important. Every time. Let them sit/watch. Tell them about the cost of food/clothes/home.

Just don’t yell.
