I’m really digging this idea of marking code review comments based on importance/urgency! It’s way better than the usual “Nit: …” code review comment! 👍🏻

These notes from a UCSF panel are the single best document I’ve seen about what experts believe is likely to happen this year.
I don’t want to tweet snippets because you should read it in full.
The actual rules here are completely different from Trump’s statement tonight – only applies to foreign nationals. How the heck did they mess this up?
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it’s okay to like PHP.
every time I see another institution move to remote work/instruction because of COVID19 I am reminded of every single tweet from disabled people pointing out that it wasn’t until abled people were threatened that institutions seemed to be willing to make these changes

Working remote now and you’ve got little kids (I’ve got 4)?
Best advice I’ve got:

Big shout out to all the freelancers who won’t be able to tell the difference between self isolating for Coronavirus & a completely normal day at work.
Turns out a friend of mine just got laid off. Who’s hiring a front-end/JS dev with a bunch o’ #React and Shopify experience?
Don’t bother learning another frontend framework, they’re too similar. If you know React you’re all set for opportunities

Hand sanitizer is anti-bacterial

A bacteria and a virus is not the same
Wash your hands
Sanitizer will do nothing for the coronavirus

Want to feel old? ReactJS was released May 29, 2013, or 2468 days ago.
JQuery was released August 26, 2006, or 2468 days before React was released.
That’s right. React has been around as long as JQuery was when React came out. 🤯
