@davidj I dunno if it would be considered a writing app, but I dig nvALT is.gd/76Drh6
@davidj I’m a big fan of the delicious book mark extension. Run it on Firefox and Chrome. Keeps my bookmarks in the cloud.
@davidj One day, one deal. They pop up every now and then on Woot. You could always go for a used one.
@davidj $74.99 with shipping on 10/23/2008
@davidj Ahhh… Yea that should work for that. I think I did that once. I got the NeatReceipts scanner from Woot.
@davidj I work scanning recipes into my weekly routine even though I don’t really have any pressing need for them. Maybe 1 day ill be framed
@davidj Like for taxes? No. I hate printers. Mine broke a while ago. It’s really easy to export a PDF.
@davidj I’ve been using a Neat Receipts scanner for the past few years. Works quite well. is.gd/Ir4WIk
@davidj App. I use Nambu. It’s no longer supported but it works for me. AIR apps are crazy resource hogs.
@davidj For apps, yes. I don’t have the paid upgrade. The bookmarklet on mobile works ok. But I really enjoy LastPass.
@davidj Well I usually sit next to a computer and manually type it in. Most apps save your password forever.
@davidj I use a bookmarklet for Last Pass on my Android phones. Entering passwords into apps is a pain though.
@davidj Yup. Much better. More responsive
@davidj PHP not as in the scripting language right?
@davidj Plus I use no extensions in Chrome but use a bunch in Firefox.
@davidj They seemed to have gotten memory usage down. I use Firefox all the time not chrome so I don’t know how they compare.
@davidj I just updated. Seems good so far.
