@realz Yea the routers never made much of a difference. Heard every excuse in the book. Then one morning it was just fixed. Annoying.
@realz @VerizonFiOS Be prepared to have a computer hard wired in and spend a day with the tech making calls and running tests.
@realz I did. Took repeated calls and tech visits. The problem was a bad card on Verizon’s end. But they make the tech run a ton of tests
