@hankchizljaw I’m still leery of mixing different classes of components together. Inevitably it leads to conflicts between styles. I generally stick to defensive CSS and optimize structuring for deletion so there is less fear of needing to keep styles around b/c you don’t know what might break
@hankchizljaw Nice. I love seeing the thinking others employ when programming CSS (see what I did there).
I’ve been slowly adopting your flow utility classes for containers of components. Works like a charm.
@skedaddle74 @mommajessiec Do Coco puffs count?

Went on a mini road trip today. More than an hour each way. After every direction on the GPS the 5 year old would say “Thanks Google”
@mattcampux VScode does a good job of emulating keyboard shortcuts of other editors.
Maybe this will help marketplace.visualstudio.com/ite…
@davatron5000 @Cloudup was awesome for this. Just drag to the menu bar icon, uploads, then copy link to clipboard automagically
@freshyill That’s why I have a separate computer for video calls
@zeldman Vanilla Ick
@jbenton After a speaker would finish their talk they would say that they are going to one of the hallway rooms to answer any additional questions.
@jbenton WordCamp San Antonio went virtual in response to the pandemic. They had Zoom rooms dedicated for hallway chats and separate rooms for sponsor booths. So there was lots of places to mingle.
@MikeNGarrett Aww man they didn’t include /etc/ which I say line Etsy in my head
@skaught42 @AdamRonis Eat when the baby eats!
@phpbits @magicroundabout That helps. Thanks! Now I can’t seem to figure out how to unlink text?
@magicroundabout It’s not an either Iceberg or Gutenberg but more like the old distraction free writing mode. It excels in very specific situations when you 1) just want to write and 2) have MarkDown ingrained in your brain. You can switch the editor depending on different contexts of work.
@QuinnyPig @gigaom What is Xebia labs doing? I think CircleCI is more innovative since you can rerun a failed build and SSH into it to debug your build steps. Immensely helpful when I was getting started with CI / CD
I’m looking for my first front-end role. Could anyone tell me some companies that are hiring, or maybe some sites/job boards I can check out?
Also, please check my pinned tweet. I could really use some help until I find something!
Spoiler alert: Diaper mess wasn’t nearly as bad as it sounded like it was going to be. And he fell right back asleep.
