If you select an element to inspect it on hover in Chrome Dev tools it will show you basic metrics in pixels. This should work for most stuff.

@heydonworks I use the smallest plan from mxroute.com/, setup a recurring process to delete messages older than 90 days or something like that, and forward it to GMail where I actually use email.
