@natmiletic This is the first tweet I saw after publishing a thread about how I built something in WordPress
I just need to run a WP_Query with a search parameter looking for a property of the block within the post_content field. And BOOM! I easily found all of the posts that reference that Call to Action post.
And then, as a nice little extra, those links use a scroll to text fragment (#:~:text=) using the headline of the Call to Action to make them easier to find on the page…

Thank you for coming to my show-and-tell.
Then the problem became “How do I find which pages/posts are using a given Call to Action”? So I built a little metabox to show that info.
We can bring these components into any page thanks to a custom block that lets us pick which Call to Action to use. These are also built with Advanced Custom Fields.
We centralize them with a non-public post type and custom fields via Advanced Custom Fields in WordPress.
At @CoderPad we’ve got these Call to Action components spread across the site. Here is how we make them in #WordPress and keep track of where they are used.

@williamsba Build all the backend infrastructure to store it in WordPress etc. Let a custom coded frontend form easily send the data back. This is what I want to see.
@codeFreedomRitr Backend dev here still managing to break tech
First day under my belt and I think I’ve used my treadmill for 3-4 hours. It’s the best during meetings where it helps me focus and be more engaged.
I blame @QuinnyPig. Read the thread, looked for a desk treadmill on Facebook Marketplace, and BOOM here I am!
@thomasfuchs well did you click yes?
@babysoftluke True. This is for an Advanced Custom Fields backend thingy so the jQuery Date Picker just comes with it.
