Lets see if my morning commute on the #dreadline is any more fun than my commute yesterday.

Takoma Park Metro station still has its escalators running even though it’s closed. #fail #dreadline

Sitting in the first car at Fort “tater” Totten because i’m a badass. I also tear off DO NOT REMOVE tags on matresses. #dreadline

Kristina is taking roomie and I to Rockville station so we can get to work. Coming home will be an adventure this afternoon.

Ok time to see if I can get home to Glenmont via the #dreadline

Red line towards Glenmont, nearly empty and in the middle of the train. Front of the train is the sweet spot. #dreadline

Redline train was empty most of the way, lots of room on shuttles. This isn’t so bad actually. #dreadline

Crap, road traffic and stop lights suck which is the whole reason I ride the metro in the first place. #dreadline

Now arriving at Silver Spring about an hour later. Back on the train now #dreadline

Had dinner at home. Off to No Impact Man then We Live In Public at AFI theater in Silver Spring for #silverdocs

I thought there would be more people at We Live In Public #silverdocs Although it is 11:45.
