@ericdfields Use a CSS reset it’s well worth the slight bloat. You can also tweak it to your needs.
@onalark You could always make a background image and attach it to the text that should go inside the bubble.

@karlman01 Text-transform is handy for enforcing a styleguide. For example when text is always supposed to be uppercase.
