@elyktrix I like your go-get em attitude
@fugularity Are you buying?
@chuckborowicz @mattcampux Man you’re teams should work out a way to easily inject an SVG into the markup. It’s amazing!
I gave a whole talk about this: kingkool68.com/wp-svg
And here’s a gist to make it happen in the WordPress world… gist.github.com/kingkool68/6d729…
@elyktrix To show I’m an OG Twitter user twitter.com/kingkool68/status/56…
@QuinnyPig I like my Vava USB-C hub. I just need to hook up one cable to my computer and I’m good. Will work with any computer not just a specific Mac to fit in a dedicated dock.
@JJJ Thank you for these, brotato
@Rmmmsy hoodie season is nice skating weather
@JasinDow Yea I don’t think their coming back. Hence the http 501 status code.
@freshyill This was taken in high school sometime circa 2002 or 2003. I would hook up my video camera to my computer and use that like a webcam to take pictures using video editing software.
@freshyill Circa 2008
@freshyill CRT monitors were the shit
@freshyill This is how my roommate in college would do all his work
@shortxstack Man I still can’t figure out how to make art like that
@elyktrix Retro tech and Twitter concepts seem the most unique. The other ones seemed pretty forgettable to me. Mad props for building out so many different concepts for your portfolio site. I haven’t touched my personal site since 2006.
@petersuhm My kids websites are like that:
zadieheimlich.com/
veraheimlich.com/
cadenheimlich.com/

@enqueue_russ What if you’re in the Northwest where everything is burning including your bridges?
@chriscoyier Client work can be attractive (big paydays, you know exactly what they want)
🤣🤣🤣
I never know what the client wants and neither do they. I do make recommendations about what they need but that’s just like the doctor telling me I need to eat better. No fun.
@TheGreenGreek A single hard drive is prone to failure and total loss. A small network attached storage with multiple drives and redundancy would be best if you’re really serious about it. Then you can automatically do an offsite backup of the contents on your NAS to a service like Backblaze.
