@ATTCares Nope. I’m a Verizon FiOS customer. But some of my traffic is routed through 12.122.135.109 which drops packets and causes the requests to time out.

@VerizonSupport 12.122.135.109 is a dead end. How can I get routed around this? Or contact the owner to let them know their address is a dead end? I’m stuck.

@VerizonSupport Doing a trace route shows me that I end up going through 12.122.135.109 when trying to reach a URL where Google Music comes from.

@VerizonSupport I can’t reach *.doc-0-0-sj.sj.googleusercontent.com via a trace route on my FiOS connection, but via a VPN or tethering to my phone everything works fine.
