@Ocramius On the flip side I’ve seen teams go all in on an idea to the point of final testing, ready to go live before it was canned by leadership. Turns out customers who said they had to have that feature didn’t actually want that feature.

I recently had solar panels installed and it’s awesome to track how much energy they produce. In the month of July they’ve already produced a megawatt and the system wasn’t even running at peak production!
