Hey everyone, I’m looking for a developer job! I’m a full-stack developer who is good at Javascript, React, and Node. I’m located in Austin Texas, but remote would be cool, too!

I can do some Python too, but I’m a bit rusty!

Despite all my rage I am still getting fat with old age

tomorrow marks the start of a perfectly rectangular February, something that we only get on the calendar once every 200 years!! t.co/z7YDucwEpg

It was a great decision. 0 traffic, the kids were asleep, the road was dry and clear. We woke up at 7:30am to the snow starting to fall. My dad, who decided to stay at the cabin, sent a picture. There was 4″ of snow already at 8:30am.

This weekend the whole family went to a cabin in West Virginia for a winter get away trip. We had a blast snow tubing, ice skating, and hiking. The welcoming committee was super friendly.

We were supposed to leave on Sunday but once we saw the approaching snow storm was supposed to start overnight we decided to cut our trip short and drive 3 hours home last night to beat the snow.

Road trip!

This is a great question! SSR’d HTML is

1. way faster (especially when your JS is competing with ads/analytics etc)
2. more scrapeable and archivable
3. resilient to the many conditions that can cause JS to fail (spotty connections, weirdly configured public wifi, adblockers) twitter.com/Trumpery45/status/13…

Some professional news… I spent the last few months working on the Biden-Harris Transition Team. It was an incredible and humbling experience helping to prepare an administration inheriting many dire crises. A thread.
