@neojp My VPS has unmetered bandwidth. Seems like it was never an issue. S3 charges $0.09/GB which comes out to like $75 a month and just bandwidth.

@neojp More than $6. I did think about trying to convert it to some sort of cloud function generated on demand type of thing. That would have been 50 cents per every million requests.

I’ve been running dummyimage.com for nearly 14 years now. Most of which has been on a tiny $6/month VPS. It started acting slow a couple of weeks ago so I ended up running everything through Cloudflare. Turns out the site is getting about 14.5 million requests a day!!!
