@karks88 WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache should be the same if using Apache/nginx rewrite rules that hit static files on the server.

@karks88 Full page caching at the server level (FastCGI, memcached, Redis, Varnish etc) are the best as WordPress isn’t involved and doesn’t need to spin up for every request.
