When someone at work opens a pull request for a one line fix in a codebase where I have been the sole contributor for the past two years….
The way I build websites is the best*
*for me and the things I need to do
@TheGreenGreek GitHub projects? There’s also ZenHub zenhub.com/
@danmall So the styleguide is a set of components in a file that have static data passed to them. Here’s an example: societyforscience.org/styleguide…
@danmall Components are used like Component::render() and you can pass in an array of args to control what is rendered. There are other functions that use the render function to render a component from a given post or 3rd party API call or wherever the data comes from.
@danmall I’m a dev but components for WordPress sites I build have a styleguide built into the theme so it is version controlled and static.
@fugularity Does this count as dancing?
We used to have notification sounds when someone came online because it was a big deal
@randallb Reminds me a lot of the theme song from HBO’s Industry
Sunday
– 5 year old’s dance recital; she did great
– Did a pirate treasure hunt via hocopirateadventures.com/; snuck it in just before big storms rolled through
– Walked to the neighborhood tot-lot and played in the sandbox
What did I do this weekend?
Saturday
– 7 year old’s soccer game; they lost 1-0 but are getting better with each game
– 5 year old’s soccer practice; so hot
– Napped
– Setup the inflatable pool in the backyard; kids had a blast
@fugularity This photo doesn’t quite capture your majestic elegance on the dance floor but I do believe this is you dancing at a wedding…
@chipcullen Nice!
