And they both pretty much require a 2 year service agreement and renting their stupid equipment every month.

TV & Internet, they’re the most beloved things in our digital lives and these companies offering them make it so difficult to take my money.

Had to sit through while they tried to upset me faster Internet speeds when our current speeds are just fine. Eventually everything worked.

Had to live chat with support because Verizon’s “Build your Own bundle” page wasn’t letting me select a bundle I built.

It’s 2016 and renewing your Internet service is still terrible.
